6 EDM Acts You Can't Miss at Austin City Limits 2026

The Austin City Limits Festival has always been known for its genre-spanning lineup, but in 2026, electronic music has an especially strong presence. With more than 15 electronic acts across the festival’s two weekends, ACL gives dance music fans plenty of reasons to spend their time between the stages chasing bass, synths, grooves, and everything in between.

Skrillex

Few names in electronic music carry the same weight as Skrillex. The dubstep icon returns to Austin for the first time in 12 years, bringing a catalog filled with tracks that helped define an era of electronic music, including ‘Bangarang’ and ‘Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites’. 

But Skrillex is far from a nostalgia act. His more recent work continues to push his sound forward, making a live set from him just as much about what comes next as what came before. After delivering memorable performances at festivals and venues like Ultra Miami and Red Rocks, Skrillex has plenty of experience commanding a crowd. RÜFÜS DU SOL

Australian trio RÜFÜS DU SOL will make their return to ACL for the first time in five years, bringing their atmospheric blend of melodic and progressive house to the festival. 

Their music is built around lush chords, driving basslines, shimmering synths, and vocals that will send chills. But what makes RÜFÜS DU SOL particularly compelling live is the chemistry between the three members. Rather than recreating their recordings, the group builds an immersive live experience that grows and evolves with the crowd. For anyone looking for a more emotional side of electronic music, this is one set to make time for.

Yousuke Yukimatsu

For something far more hypnotic, head toward Yousuke Yukimatsu.

The Japanese DJ and producer has built a reputation around experimental, boundary-pushing techno. His path into music is unconventional, too: after being diagnosed with a brain tumor, Yukimatsu left his construction job and shifted focus toward DJing. His profile grew internationally following a standout Boiler Room performance in 2025, and now he is bringing his hypnotic sound to Austin. 

Expect a set that feels like a full-body experience. Yukimatsu’s ability to move between repetition, tension, rhythm, and experimentation lets his performance step away from the festival chaos and fully lock into the music.

BUNT.

BUNT. has quickly become one of the most recognizable rising names in electronic music, with social media playing a major role in his recent momentum. 

His sets are difficult to pin to a single genre, moving between house, drum and bass, techno, dubstep, and other electronic sounds without losing their emotional core. That genre-hopping approach makes his performances feel like a journey. After seeing his set at Wicked Oaks last year, adding BUNT. to this list was easy. If you’re looking for a set that can keep you moving while still throwing a few surprises your way, this is one to catch.

Sofi Tukker

Sofi Tukker brings something different to the table. 

The Grammy-nominated duo of Sophie Hawley-Weld and Tucker Halpern have taken their energetic sound everywhere from Tomorrowland to Coachella. Their live sets incorporate guitars, synths, electronic drums, and vocals, creating something far more physical and dynamic than a traditional DJ set. And we got to see that energy firsthand when Sofi Tukker played Breakaway Dallas this past April. Their performance reminded us just how powerful electronic music can be when brought to life onstage.

If you want an electronic set that feels like a concert in every sense of the word, make room for Sofi Tukker.

Levity

If heavy bass is more your speed, Levity is the move.

The dubstep DJ trio will make their ACL debut this year after building serious momentum through their energetic live performances and genre-bending approach to bass music. Their 2023 Electric Forest 360° set helped put them on the map, while releases like ‘Flip It’ on Deadbeats further established their place in the bass scene.

They have also become familiar faces across Texas, with performances at events and venues including Lights All Night, Shaq’s Bass All Stars, SILO, and The Concourse Project. Expect plenty of flips, recognizable tracks turned upside down, immersive visuals, and enough lasers to light up Zilker Park.
